Kids' Place Day School Staff

Kids' Place Day School Staff are caring, nurturing professionals who provide a safe, loving environment for all children who are enrolled in attendance.

Our School's Teacher Caregivers are highly experienced in working with very young children, supporting young children's growth as they learn about security, exploration and identity. In addition, they provide warmth and nurturance while demonstrating the ability to adapt a pattern of care quickly to meet very young children's rapidly changing needs.

Our Nursery/Preschool/Primary Grade Teachers have degrees in the field of Early Childhood Education with specialities in Early Childhood training, Preschool training and/or Elementary Education/Child Studies.

They provide nursery/preschool/primary aged children with an age-appropriate, cognitive/developmental programming which focuses on pre-readiness/readiness skills as well as those skills taught at the traditional primary grade levels.

The basis for our curriculum programming at these ages and this level of instruction is to provide a solid educational foundation and prepare children for future successes in the school setting.

Our Teacher Assistants are additionally trained and experienced in working with children of all ages and they are an integral part of our program. They take pride in assisting our Teachers in providing a warm, nurturing environment as well as in maintaining consistency and continuity in the classroom setting.

All or our staff members have chosen the field of Early Childhood Education as a profession and they are committed to working with children of all ages. They are warmly responsive to children's needs, they demonstrate considerable patience in the classroom setting and they support the growth of very young children as they become increasingly competent and independent.

Our staff works in partnership with parents, communicating with them to build mutual understanding and trust and to ensure the optimal development and welfare of all of the children who attend our School.
